Our People

Our team has three elements; fantastic project management, high quality bid writing and unrivalled sector knowledge.

Mike Pearson, our Chief Operating Officer, leads the team. He has strategic responsibility for every project, making sure that we have the right resources for each piece of work. In addition to this, Mike reviews almost every bid that is written, and as such is a key driver of quality at HealthBid.

Working alongside Mike are our Bid Team, who are experienced bid professionals, and have written and managed hundreds of bids. Their job is to make sure that nothing is left to chance – every aspect of the bid is considered, discussed, and has a clear plan for completion.  Our Bid Writing team works tirelessly to create great content for our clients.

HealthBid was founded and is run by our Board of Directors, who between them have a vast amount of experience, both working within the NHS and selling to the sector.
